16 pieces of chicken wings
1/4 cup of TricNic ® Jerk Seasoning
Place the chicken wings in a large bowl. Pour jerk seasoning over chicken wings and toss to coat completely. Add onion, thyme, and garlic. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results. In a hurry? Let sit at room temperature for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Sprays a baking tray with cooking spray.
Place the chicken wings on a baking sheet. Save some of the jerk seasonings for later.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Remove and brush chicken wings with the jerk seasoning turn wings over, and bake for 15 minutes.
Turn chicken wings and brush with more jerk seasoning. Bake until tender and caramelized, 5 to 10 minutes more. An instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone should read 165 degrees F. Rest the chicken wings on a baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a serving platter. Enjoy!
