1 cup TricNic ® Jerk Marinade
2 tbsp oil
1 red onion⠀
1 red bell pepper⠀
1 yellow bell pepper⠀
1 zucchini courgette
1 block 350g extra firm tofu⠀
Clean the mushrooms and halve any very large ones.
Peel the onion and chop into wedges. De-seed the bell peppers and chop into 1” square piece. Chop the unpeeled courgette into 1/2” rings. Cut the firm tofu into 1” square piece.
heat an outdoor grill or grill pan until hot.⠀
Thread the vegetables and tofu, alternating, onto the skewers and brush with TricNic ® jerk marinade
Cook the skewers on each side until the vegetables are cooked. Turn and repeat on all sides. serve and enjoy!
