1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb. shrimp (peeled and deveined) Leaving the tail on
1/2 cup TricNic® Jerk Seasoning
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat or preheat grill to medium heat. Put shrimp in a mixing bowl, rub in TricNic ® jerk seasoning. Mix to make sure the shrimp is well coated.
Add shrimp to the grilled or to a hot skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, turning once midway until shrimp is pink and cooked through. Remove shrimp from the skillet. Enjoy!
2 ripe mango, diced
1 cup grape tomatoes, diced
½ cup pineapple, diced
½ jalapeno pepper, diced (Optional)
½ small onion, diced
½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
½ fresh lime juice
1 tsp olive oil
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp honey
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled. Serve with jerk shrimp. And enjoy!
