1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup TricNic ® Jerk Marinade
1/4 cup green onions finely minced
1/2 tbsp fresh garlic finely minced
1/2 1tsp fresh ginger finely minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Place the beef into a mixing bowl, gently break meat up with fingertips, and season
with TricNic ® Jerk Marinade, green onion, garlic, ginger, and olive oil mix well. Add the breadcrumbs. Mix until evenly blended, then form into evenly sized meatballs about 1 1/2-inch.
Spray baking sheets well with non-stick cooking spray, or brush with olive oil. Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, 20 to 25 minutes and enjoy!
