This jerk burger recipe is easy as 1,2,3. When you make this, you won't buy frozen burgers anymore. They or so juicy and packed with so much flavour.
1 pound lean ground beef
¾ TricNic ® Jerk Marinade
2 pieces white hard dough bread, crusts removed and cut into 1/4-inch pieces
4 tbsp evaporated milk
In a large bowl, mash the bread and evaporated milk together with a fork until it forms a chunky paste. Add the Jerk Marinade
Add the bread mixture to the ground beef and break the meat up with your hands. Gently mix everything together until just combined. Do not overmix. Form the mixture into 6-7 hamburger patties.
Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill patties 5 minutes per side, or until well done. Enjoy.
