This is the most Delicious, Tender, Juicy BBQ Ribs you'll ever have! They literally fall off the bone.
1 full rack of Rib
1 cup of TricNic ® Jerk BBQ Sauce
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
Preheat oven to 275 degrees F
Mix all the spices listed together in a small bowl.
Cut the ribs in half for them to fit in the pan. Season both sides of the ribs with the seasoning, then place meat-side up in a large roasting pan or glass baking dish.
Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil, bake until the meat falls easily from the bones. For 3 hours.
Remove the ribs from the oven, discard the aluminum foil and generously brush both sides with TricNic ® Barbecue Sauce.
Move an oven rack near the top of the oven. Turn broiler to high and broil the ribs for 3-4 minutes, just until the barbecue sauce begins to caramelize. (Keep a close eye on the ribs while they broil so the sauce does not burn).
Take the ribs out of the oven and enjoy!
