These bbq chicken wings are the most delicious wings you'll ever have. They are so juicy, soft, warm, and full of FLAVA. These are some of the best bbq chicken wings, which are coated in TricNic Jerk Dry Rub, then fried to a perfect crispy texture, and then tossed in the best jerk bbq sauce.
2 pounds of chicken wings
5 tablespoons of TricNic Jerk Dry Rub
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 cup of all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons of baking powder
½ teaspoon of sea salt
½ teaspoon of black pepper (crushed)
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 cup of TricNic Jerk BBQ Sauce
1-quart vegetable oil for frying
Add 2 pounds of chicken wings with skin on in a bowl. Add 5 tablespoons of TricNic Jerk Dry Rub and 1 tablespoon of garlic powder and mix well. Be sure to coat the chicken with spices well and place it aside. Take another bowl; add 1 cup of all-purpose flour with 2 tablespoons of baking powder, ½ teaspoon of sea salt, ½ teaspoon of crushed black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of paprika. Mix well combine. Coat the flour mixture thoroughly on the spiced wings.
Heat the oil at medium-high heat. Fry the chicken wings on medium-high heat for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Place the crispy wings aside. Take a saucepan and set it to heat on low flame. Add 1 cup of TricNic Jerk BBQ sauce to a saucepan and heat it a little. And mix for 3-4 minutes. Pour the sauce into a bowl. Add the crispy fried wings in TricNic BBQ sauce and coat well on the wings. And enjoy!
