These short ribs are so delicious and tender. They literally melt in your mouth.
2 pounds of bone-in beef short ribs
1 cup TricNic ® Jerk BBQ Sauce
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
1 teaspoon steak spice
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon paprika
Rinse the ribs under cold running water, then place them in a baking dish.
Seasoned with salt, black pepper, steak spice, garlic powder, and paprika. Pour about 1/2 cup of TricNic ® Jerk BBQ Sauce all over the meat, and reserve the rest to finish it off.
Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil and bake at 300 degrees F for 2 hours.
Remove the foil, pour off some of the cooking liquid, and baste the top of the ribs with the remaining sauce. Move the oven rack up and broil the ribs for 3 minutes, until it's browned. Keep a close eye on them you don't want your ribs to burn.
Serve on a platter and Enjoy!
